Mr. Bancroft has been associated with ABR since 1983, and is primarily responsible for acquisitions.  Prior to joining ABR, Mr. Bancroft was an Associate Legal Counsel at T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and was also a member of the corporate and real estate departments at Venable, Baetjer and Howard in Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Bancroft received his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, and his BA from Amherst College.  He is a member of the American and Maryland Bar Associations, a Maryland Real Estate Broker and is licensed by the National Association of Securities Dealers.
